My name is F.J. Campos. I was introduced into Tarot at 14. Now I'm almost 38, and still I have a deep fascination about cards, decks, Arcana and its luring symbolism. I even have a beautiful Queen of Spades and a Marseille's Tarot Wheel of Fortune tattooed on my shoulders...
I don't do online readings and I'm not a a professional psychic. I humblily think I have the experience and charisma to do so. But when I started to work with Tarot so many years ago, I promised myself I would never charge a single dime to anyone for reading cards, because I respect Tarot a lot. Except for once, when I helped a good friend of mine on an occultism fair, because she needed me to lend her a hand on a booth, I've maintained this wow. And I'm proud of this...
My goal with this page is just sharing some of my views and work with other people interested in Tarot and card decks. I've been collecting both for a long time, even I'm not a hardcore collector. I've been designing electronic Tarot decks and customized Windows Solitaire games from some years ago, and I feel they're a great vehicle to express my inquietudes, creativity and strange ideas. Some of those e-decks are available on Websites of friends of mine, some are just private, kind of an exercise with trumps, suits, court cards and concepts. I've learned by myself the (little) I know, researching and testing, for personal enrichment and enlightement. I got wonderful experiences with this simple approach...
The real-life Tarot I've used the most is US Games Systems' Tarot of the Witches. Got it 14 years ago or more, and speaks to me loud and clear. I have decks from a lot of publishers, from Lo Scarabeo Fantastico to Heraclio Fournier, with pretty different themes and look. Some are oversized, like the Aleister Crowley 's Book of Thoth, but the tiniest one I have it's just three centimeters long! I got also a bunch of regular card decks, ranging from amazing to just really curious. I've never shared all this with anybody, but maybe the right time has come for doing so.
All I ask to my kind visitors is an open mind and a true wish to overcome the usual concepts and pre-conceived ideas about Tarot and divinatory arts. I hope you'll enjoy the visit.
